Do you offer a Free Edition?

Yes, we do offer a free edition! InvoiceQS Free Edition is limited to 10 customers per company, yet it includes all of the functionality of the InvoiceQS Enterprise Editions.

Unlike shareware or other trial software, InvoiceQS Free Edition contains no time limits, popup screens, or functionality limits (besides the customer limit mentioned above).

Why a Free Edition?

We decided to give away a completely free edition for several reasons:

• Giving Back - We understand what it is like to be part of a growing company. Budgets are tight, and often money is not available for software expenses. By providing a free package, we help those small businesses grow and expand.
• Word of Mouth - Free software is easier to adopt than paid software, and some boundaries to purchasing are overcome in this way. We hope that people will appreciate the simplicity and power of our products and tell others.
• Product Evaluations - Product evaluations typically take more than 30 days. For this reason our free edition does not expire after a certain amount of time. In addition, no functionality is stripped from the product so that you can evaluate the product as a whole.

InvoiceQS Editions

There are several versions of the InvoiceQS package, all tailored to meet varying sizes of businesses. Depending on the number of customers you have, you may want to go with a limited version of the package (you can always upgrade your subscription at anytime). You may decide that as your business has a large customer base, that a limited package is not really viable, in which case we offer an unlimited package that places no restrictions on the number of customers. All prices are an annual subscription.
