1. Can any company sign up to use the InvoiceQS system?
Absolutely, yes. The InvoiceQS system has been designed to be fully flexible to the needs of any company. The system can be easily and quickly customised, and can be up and running for your customers to use within 24 hours.
2. I am a small company with less than ten customers, are you sure I can use your full system, indefinitely, for free?
We hope you do, and welcome and support small businesses. There are absolutely no limitations to the free, sub ten customer option of InvoiceQS.
3. How will our customers know to use the system?
Your customers will need to be told that you have implemented InvoiceQS and that it is available for them to use. The signup process for your customers will take less than a minute and they can immediately start passing their invoices queries through the system. From our experience new users have been very pleased with the level of the system's accessibility from signup and beyond! Ease of use was central to the site design.
4. I just want to use InvoiceQS internally and not share it with my customers, can I do this?
Of course this is possible. You may find that having used it internally for a while and having learnt how easy and flexible the system is, you may wish to extend your 'User Subscription', this is not a problem either.
5. What happens if my staff or customers lose or forget their login details, won't this stop them using the system?
This is not a problem. InvoiceQS is designed to remind users of their usernames and supply new passwords automatically and securely via email.
6. Will the InvoiceQS system store the invoice queries and all supporting documentation indefinitely?
Currently there are no plans to remove any old queries as we believe being able to access your historical queries is an essential part of the system. There will shortly be a function available to enable download all your queries so that they can be accessed offline if needs be. Obviously InvoiceQS would inform you if there were to be any change to this situation.
7. I am having payment difficulties through your site, what should I do?
Please use the 'Contact' tab on the homepage and we will be able to offer an alternative method of payment.
8. Once payment has been made how long will it be before I can use InvoiceQS?
The system will be available for you to customise to your needs within 24 hours.
9. I want my system to be fully customised for my needs immediately, is this possible?
Generally we offer InvoiceQS to our customers in its original state as we think the very simple process of customising is important to the initial stages of a company taking on the system. However, if you want this side of things done for you then we will do this once we have received the relevant information, subscription payment and administration fee from you.
10. What does InvoiceQS mean by users in terms of subscription?
When we talk about users we mean actual number of users with your company registered to them, enabling them to submit queries to your company. These users can include staff users within your company itself.
11. How do I speak to someone directly about InvoiceQS?
If you wish to speak to someone directly regarding InvoiceQS then please submit your contact details with a brief message through our 'Contact' page and a member of our team will contact you.
