About Us

InvoiceQS is a new web-based system designed to improve business' handling of invoice queries. The system is designed to provide an immediate link between supplier and customer, regardless of industry or specialisation. Too often companies rely upon an ad-hoc method of dealing with these queries or upon an internal system that does not keep the customer informed of progress.

IQS aims to streamline the process for businesses by supplying an easy to use and highly accessible system that credit and finance managers can use to keep track of their departments' query process, and in turn improve aged debt levels, invoice accuracy and customer service.
